The 4th TPAO Congress on November 28-29, 2025 brought together more than 1300 orthodontists, technicians, and team members in Cologne for two focused days dedicated entirely to aligner orthodontics. The congress covered the full clinical spectrum with a clear goal: show what actually works in real practices.
The program combined internationally recognized speakers with hands-on clinical and technical depth and clear treatment strategies. From biomechanics to TADs to digital workflows to CBCT integration, the sessions were designed to be immediately applicable on Monday morning – not someday in theory.
